Based on years of experience as a certified and dedicated personal trainer I’ve identified a significant challenge in the fitness industry: affordability. I’ve seen firsthand how financial limitations discourage from even starting an active and healthy lifestyle. The high cost of gym memberships combined with personal training fees makes professional guidance inaccessible to many who genuinely desire healthier lives.

The Crushfit App aims to bridge this gap by providing accessible personal training services including easy workout plans and recipes, all with video guides. We believe that everyone should have the opportunity to pursue their goals, regardless of financial constraints or past experience.
